Beat Summer with Smoothies

Smoothies is the one of the most lovable drink of everyone , and it is also the best way to enjoy fresh fruits and beat the summer season. Here , I am sharing a simple Mango and Banana smoothies made with just few common Ingredients. These Smoothies are very nutritious and thick in consistency and creamy too which tastes amzing. This can be served as breakfast as well , as because it is too fulfilling.

So , Why to wait let’s start with the Recipe.

Mango Smoothie:

Prep time = 5 minutes

Cook time = 1 minutes

Servings = 2

Ingredients:

(1) Mango chunks = 2 cup

(2) Chilled milk = 3 cup

(3) Sugar = 2 Tbsp

(4) Ice cubes = as per your choice

(5) Cinnamon = 1/2 Tsp

Instructions to make it:

(1) Add all the Ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

(2) Pour this Smoothie to serving glasses and add a pinch of cinnamon powder as topping , you can also freeze it before consuming as it will taste delicious.

Banana Smoothie:

Prep time = 5 minutes

Cook time = 1 minutes

Servings = 2

Ingredient:

(1) Bananas = 2

(2) Chilled milk = 3 cup

(2) Cinnamon = 1/2 Tsp

(3) Sugar = 2 Tbsp

(3) Ice cubes = as per your choice

Instructions to make it:

(1) Add all Ingredients into the blending jar and blend it until it get smooth and frothy.

(2) Pour Smoothie to serving glasses and add a pinch of cinnmon powder as topping enjoy the drink.
