Yes, you read it right! I have started my article with Benjamin Franklin’s famous saying: “ Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. ” 

This proverb perfectly fits all of our busy and hectic lifestyles.

So, here’s the complete to-do list when you all wake up early morning.

  1. Drink a glass full of water 

         

 It increases the metabolism rate, flushes out toxins, and hydrates the body. Treat it as a happiness mantra.

2. Body Stretching Or Yoga


Stretching and Yoga can wake those muscles up, get the blood flowing to all parts, and send a signal to your body to wake up and get ready for the day.

3 . Meditation


For a peaceful mind and body, do meditate. It will prepare you to fight any stress that may be coming your way that day.

4. Keep a Journal Handy

It helps you to be more productive, efficient, and conscious about what you can achieve in the day.

5. Read and Eat

Do read inspirational books and essays to keep you motivated.
Eat healthy food to fade that morning sluggishness.

BONUS : LOVE YOURSELF

Wear well- fitting clothes with interesting color choices with some accessories. Compliment yourself. This will make you feel confident and look radiant…..
