Who doesn’t want to look happy, blessed and energetic and this happiness knocks only when you are fit and fine. One’s body posture is a topic which means a lot. Trust Me! A person who is the victim of body-shaming is broken deep inside with a fake smile all day.

Most of us take our body for granted and when are advised to do some workouts we simply ignore. There’s a trend: a fit and toned body. Most Bollywood movies, TV series and fashion shows have set a standard in terms of fitness.

However, it is literally impossible for everyone to afford a personal trainer, go to the gym or join a fitness class. We have curated a list of things that you do can do at home to stay fit.

Squats, Crunches, and Planks

These are some of the exercises that can be performed at any location. They don’t require any equipment and take hardly 10 minutes of your time. Planks have been proven to be the most effective exercise for abs, if done regularly.

Running/Cycling

Cardio is important. Interestingly, running or cycling is considered the best cardio exercise. Devote 30-40 minutes daily and feel the difference yourself.

Surya Namaskar

The Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a complete exercise. Even 5-10 minutes of Surya Namaskar can help transform your body amazingly.

Fitness is like a relationship, you can’t cheat. Lastly, little progress each day adds up to big results. Yeah! It is a slow process but quitting doesn’t speed it up!
