Is it necessary to go to the gym to stay fit?
Earlier people used to be fit without going to the gym, no extra weight, no diabetes, no such obesity-related diseases. This was because of the physical activities they used to do.
Comparatively, our lifestyle doesn’t allow that much of physical work.
