Kalga: Emotion of Bliss
Always choose to be vulnerable. Your emotions are beautiful, and you should never hide them.
Cry when it hurts. Smile when something makes you feel warmth and affection. Laugh till your bellies hurt, and feel your sorrows.
But you should know that when it is time to let go of whatever causing you pain. You should know that no feeling is permanent, neither joy nor sorrow.
When you got to the mountains, you feel the emotion of bliss. You feel ecstatic and in a strange euphoria. And you will absolutely love that feeling.
But when you will come back home, you might feel withdrawal symptoms. But slowly, you have learnt that these emotions will come and go. What matters the most is how vividly you feel it in the present moment and how let that emotion go when it’s time for it go.
