I’m currently working as a Staff Writer for Feminism in India. After completing Bachelors in Hindi language from Presidency College, Kolkata and Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Punjab Technical University, I have worked as a journalist and an educator. In my not so long career in journalism, I have worked with English national daily; The Pioneer and English news website; News Avenue.  Growing up in different parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal, I have observed and understood religious orthodoxy & superstition, gender and educational inequality prevalent in society. I believe in intersectional feminism and am passionate about working towards gender and educational equality.
