Development Programme on Heartfulness commence at AUJ
Student Welfare Department and Amity Institute of English Studies and Research of Amity University, Jharkhand in collaboration with Heartfulness Institute inaugurated a five-day student development program as per the AICTE recommendations for students on Monday.
The objective of the webinar was to make students aware and gain knowledge on Leadership program for youth with blend of Heartfulness meditation, reflective and experiential activities to develop Life-Skills.
Prof. (Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha, Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Jharkhand, talked about understanding the truth of one’s life and the motivations one should feel in their life.
Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director, Amity University, Jharkhand spoke on Mahabharata and why and how refugees loose due to their actions even after being more powerful and importance of truth.
The Guest speaker of the session was Mr. Sanjay Upreti, IRAS, 1990 Batch; Financial Advisor B.S.F Heartfulness Trainer.
Mr. Sanjay Upreti talked about Heartfulness which means connection of mind with heart and the relevance of relaxation and meditation. He highlighted the power on intentions and how important it is to keep one’s intentions clear and pure.
He implied that every person in this world is as important as another no matter their background from where they come, their financial position, there position in the society or any other differences between them. Everyone possesses their own experience and that person is equally precious.
